PRESCOTT, Ariz. — Local community members seeking holiday treats will have an opportunity to support animals in need this December. United Animal Friends has announced it will host a booth at the upcoming Last-Minute Stocking Stuffer event.
The event is scheduled to take place on December 19, running from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Prescott Activity Center. The gathering offers an option for attendees looking to acquire gifts or personal treats just ahead of the winter holidays.
According to event organizers, visitors to the United Animal Friends booth can pick up delicious, beautifully packaged homemade baked goods. These items are prepared to be enjoyed by buyers themselves or shared with others as holiday gifts. Event organizers encourage attendees to get there early, noting that these homemade treats fly off the table quickly.
In addition to offering baked goods, the organization will use the occasion to assist local pet owners. Information will be available at the booth regarding the organization’s low-cost Snip n’ Go Clinic, and attendees can also access information to make an appointment for the service.
Every purchase made at the booth directly serves a charitable cause, as all proceeds from the baked goods benefit animals in need.
Event details can be added directly to personal digital calendars, including Google Calendar, iCalendar, Outlook 365, and Outlook Live. The Prescott Activity Center will host the event throughout its five-hour duration from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on December 19.
